﷽
Debt:
Debt is an amount of money borrowed one party from another. Debt consists of term loan,commercial papers,public deposits,debentures,over draft,discounting,corporate deposits.
So now we have a lot of problems with this debt, it can be time consuming or how much or what, etc. But it also happens that the borrower forgets that he or she has repaid it; The lender says not so much, or more or less, we quarrel over all of these things because of our rules. Therefore, the Great Robbul Alamin (ALLAH) has made it clear in the Holy Qur'an to relieve all these troubles.
Thus, the great Almighty(ALLAH) has stated about this debt in the Holy Qur'an in various ways through his beloved Habib [Muhammad (SAW)], Surah Al-Baqarah and Surah An-Nisa.
Allah says:
In the Holy Qur'an, Surah Al-Baqara;
1. O you who believe! When you exchange debt for a certain period, record it.
2. And which of your writers will write it justly; The author will not refuse to write. He should write down what Allah has taught him.
3. And let the debtor declare the writing, and let him fear his Lord.
4. And not just reducing the point in writing.
5. Then if the borrower is foolish or weak or unable to say the contents of his writing, his or her guardian will write equitably.
6. Witness two,
From your men. If there are no two men, then one man and two women. From those witnesses whom you like so that if one forgets, one reminds the other. When called upon, witnesses should not be denied.
7. Don't be lazy to write it,
Whether small or large, up to a certain time. This record maintains the goodness of God, maintains the testimony more consistently, and is better suited to not fall into doubt.
8. But if the business is cash, exchanging hands with each other, then you have nothing to complain about.
9. You shall be witnesses of the time of sale.
Do not harm any writer or witness. If you do that, then it is a sin for you. Fear God, He teaches you. God knows everything.
-(Surah Al-Baqarah: 282)

1. O you who believe! Do not consume each other's wealth unjustly.
2. Only business done with the consent of each other is valid.
3. And do not kill yourselves.
Indeed, Allah is merciful to you.

WELL;
Here are some of our questions:
1. How long will I make the debt?
2. Who will be the author of the debt?
3. What is the amount of debt to write?
4. Who should be the witness of the debt and who should be kept?
5. How many witnesses do I have to pay for the debt?
6. Can a woman be kept as a witness?
7. If a female witness is kept, how many people should be kept?
